Shipping within Italy

Shipping cost in Italy: flat rate €9.90.
Orders are processed within 5 working days from the date payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your delivery directly on the courier’s website. Barring delays or restrictions related to the local SDA or GLS branch, delivery typically takes between 24 and 72 working hours from shipment notification.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Upon delivery, please check that:

• the number of packages matches what is indicated on the carrier’s delivery note;
• the package is intact and undamaged;

Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier and also via email to hello@designaroundyou.it.

NON-COLLECTION
If delivery fails after two attempts by the courier and we do not receive clear instructions for redelivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Shipping fees paid at checkout will be retained from any refund.
