Scope

These general terms and conditions govern distance purchases via www.designaroundyou.it, owned by M.G. GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI SNC, Via T. Tasso, 4 – 20032 Cormano (MI), VAT no. 04892210156.
All purchases are subject to Legislative Decree No. 185/99 and, regarding privacy, to the legislation in force.

Acceptance of terms

By placing an order, you accept these terms and confirm you have reviewed the information provided during the purchase process. If you are a consumer (purchasing for non-professional purposes), we recommend you save or print these terms.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, without liability for any damages or compensation.

How to purchase

You can buy only the products shown in our online catalog, as described in their product sheets. Images may differ slightly from the actual product.
Once we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email with an Order Number to use in any communication. If your order is not accepted, we will inform you promptly.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving any reason.
To do so, send a registered letter with return receipt to:

and also email us at hello@designaroundyou.it within the same 10-day period.
Returned goods must reach us within 10 days of withdrawal authorization at:
M.G. GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI SNC, Via L. Cadorna, 31 – 20032 Cormano (MI).
Returned products must be intact and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In case of transport damage, we will notify you so you can claim against the courier. If the product shows damage, we may deduct up to 10% from your refund as a restoration fee.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days by reversing the credit card charge or by bank transfer (please provide your IBAN).
If goods are not intact, the right of withdrawal is forfeited, and we will return the item at your expense.
