These general terms and conditions govern distance purchases via www.designaroundyou.it, owned by M.G. GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI SNC, Via T. Tasso, 4 \u2013 20032 Cormano (MI), VAT no. 04892210156.
\nAll purchases are subject to Legislative Decree No. 185\/99 and, regarding privacy, to the legislation in force.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of terms<\/b><\/p>\n

By placing an order, you accept these terms and confirm you have reviewed the information provided during the purchase process. If you are a consumer (purchasing for non-professional purposes), we recommend you save or print these terms.
\nWe reserve the right not to accept an order, without liability for any damages or compensation.<\/p>\n

How to purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can buy only the products shown in our online catalog, as described in their product sheets. Images may differ slightly from the actual product.
\nOnce we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email with an Order Number to use in any communication. If your order is not accepted, we will inform you promptly.

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving any reason.
\nTo do so, send a registered letter with return receipt to:

\nReturned goods must reach us within 10 days of withdrawal authorization at:
\nM.G. GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI SNC, Via L. Cadorna, 31 \u2013 20032 Cormano (MI).
\nReturned products must be intact and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
\nIn case of transport damage, we will notify you so you can claim against the courier. If the product shows damage, we may deduct up to 10% from your refund as a restoration fee.
\nRefunds will be issued within 30 days by reversing the credit card charge or by bank transfer (please provide your IBAN).
